1. The service
BonoClick provides shops with digital loyalty cards and lets their customers hold and use them in a web app. These terms apply to shops and to customers.
2. Customers
- Cards are issued and honoured by each shop. BonoClick is not a party to the sale of bonos or services.
- Sessions, stamps and credit are validated by the shop staff at the counter. Credit is shop credit, not a bank account or electronic money.
- We may block accounts used for fraud or abuse.
3. Shops
- Registration is reviewed by BonoClick; the plan and price are agreed with you before activation.
- You are responsible for the content you publish, for honouring the cards you sell and for your own tax obligations.
- BonoClick may pause or close a shop that breaks these terms or has unpaid invoices.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, BonoClick is not liable for indirect losses or for disputes between shops and their customers.
