Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

BonoClick (bonoclick.com) is a service that lets local shops offer digital loyalty cards (bonos, stamp cards and wallet credit). Contact: info@bonoclick.com.

2. Data we collect

Customers: name, email, mobile number, the cards they hold and their visit history in each shop.
Shop owners: shop details (name, address, phone, WhatsApp, hours), owner name and email, and billing details (legal name, tax ID).
Technical data needed to keep the service secure (sign-in records).

3. Why we use it

To run the service: create your account, show your cards and let shops validate visits (contract).
To invoice shops (legal obligation).
To send offers and reminders by WhatsApp or SMS only if you ticked the optional consent box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To prevent fraud and abuse, including a blocklist of emails, phones and tax IDs of accounts blocked for breaking the rules (legitimate interest).

4. Who sees it

Each shop sees only its own customers. Our providers (Google Firebase for sign-in and database, Netlify for hosting) process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

5. How long

While your account is active and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its use, by writing to info@bonoclick.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
